Job Description
As a Warehouse Concierge for High-end Retail Distribution at Nordstrom in Roseville, you will be a pivotal part of our commitment to luxury service, even behind the scenes. This role focuses on the meticulous handling, presentation, and efficient distribution of our premium merchandise. You will ensure that every item processed meets our stringent quality standards, contributing directly to the exceptional unboxing experience our customers expect from Nordstrom. Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspection and quality checks on incoming and outgoing high-end merchandise.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with meticulous attention to product presentation and packaging standards.
- Safeguard the integrity and condition of luxury goods throughout the warehousing and distribution process.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring precise stock counts and proper storage of premium items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as required (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
