Job Description
Join the Ulta Beauty team as a Warehouse Sorter specializing in makeup products. This is a light work position focused on accurately and efficiently sorting, organizing, and preparing beauty products for distribution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their favorite makeup items in perfect condition. We offer weekly pay and a supportive work environment focused on teamwork and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments of makeup products.
- Accurately pick and pack individual items according to order specifications.
- Verify product counts and quality before packaging.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs) throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic literacy and numerical skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with beauty products or the cosmetics industry.
- Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
