Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH EA Game Handler to join our fully remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing written support to our player community and meticulously testing game features and content. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our players through clear communication and thorough quality assurance. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to some of the most exciting titles in the gaming industry. You will be a vital link between our development teams and our global player base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, concise, and professional written support to players regarding game inquiries, technical issues, and general feedback.
- Execute comprehensive test plans to identify bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies across various game platforms and features.
- Document and report all identified issues with detailed steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EA game titles, features, and community guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements in support and testing processes.
- Handle sensitive player information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide constructive feedback on game design, usability, and overall player experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using online support tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with various gaming platforms (PC, console, mobile).
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies.
