Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and distribute products within the warehouse
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload delivery trucks following safety protocols
- Sort and organize inventory, ensuring proper placement
- Operate basic warehouse equipment after proper training
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
Required Skills
- Must be 17 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed high school/GED program
