Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and immaculate presentation of assigned vehicles at all times, both interior and exterior.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous, personalized service throughout their journey.
- Ensure punctuality for all scheduled pickups and drop-offs, utilizing navigation tools effectively.
- Communicate professionally with clients, dispatch, and management.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and travel details.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide a comfortable and stress-free environment for clients, adjusting climate control, music, and routes as needed.
- Handle unexpected situations or route changes with professionalism and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 5 years)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (taxi, ride-share, delivery, or chauffeur services preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of local geography and best routes in the New Port Richey and surrounding Tampa Bay area.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to operate luxury sedans and SUVs safely and smoothly.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur for a luxury transportation service.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle features and operation.
