Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated WFH Audio Associate to join our remote team. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality and accuracy of our audio-based products and services. You will be responsible for listening to, annotating, and categorizing audio data, playing a direct part in improving user experiences and advancing our machine learning capabilities. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the U.S., with preference for candidates based in the Honolulu area to align with team distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately listen to and transcribe various audio recordings.
- Annotate audio data according to project-specific guidelines.
- Categorize and tag audio content to improve searchability and data quality.
- Perform quality assurance checks on transcribed and annotated audio.
- Identify and report issues or inconsistencies in audio data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills
- Exceptional listening skills and acute attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer usage and navigating web-based tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
