Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Bank Teller with a 100% Work From Home (WFH) training period. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to start a career in banking from the comfort of your home. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of banking operations, customer service best practices, and financial products. Upon successful completion of the remote training, you will transition into a fully remote Bank Teller role, providing essential financial services to our valued customers across the nation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all assigned virtual training modules and participate actively in remote workshops.
  • Learn to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of U.S. Bank products and services to assist customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking solutions or referrals.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through virtual channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in a remote work environment.
  • Manage and balance a virtual cash drawer (where applicable after training) and maintain transaction records.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude.
  • Customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with financial services or banking.
  • Associate’s degree or higher.
  • Ability to speak Spanish or other languages fluently.
