Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers? Gold Coast Limousine & Executive Transportation is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Chauffeur Associates. This is a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals, as we offer 100% comprehensive training on safety protocols, defensive driving techniques, and luxury client service standards. No prior chauffeur experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a clean driving record, a professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to learning and excellence. You will become an integral part of our team, responsible for safely transporting clients while delivering a superior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and excel in our comprehensive 100% safety and professional chauffeur training program.
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following scheduled itineraries.
- Maintain a clean, well-presented, and fully operational vehicle before, during, and after each shift.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and client privacy guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage, opening and closing doors, and ensuring their comfort.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding scheduling, route changes, or any unforeseen delays.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure optimal safety and performance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher)
- Clean driving record with no major violations for the past 5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional and punctual demeanor
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local Santa Maria/Central Coast area routes
