Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible way to earn extra income on weekends and evenings? Concentrix is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Side Hustle program. This role offers the perfect opportunity to balance work with your existing commitments, providing essential support to customers during peak hours. You’ll be the friendly voice of our clients, resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This hybrid position combines the convenience of remote work with optional access to our modern Sainte-Foy office for training or collaboration, giving you the flexibility to choose your ideal work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French bilingualism is a strong asset).
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Availability to work flexible shifts during evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
