Job Description
We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic Restaurant Runners to join our team in Leeds City Centre. As a key part of our front-of-house team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring orders reach our customers promptly, whether they’re dining in or picking up their meal for takeaway. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and contributing to a smooth, efficient operation. If you love a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you! No prior experience is necessary – we’ll provide all the training you need.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food and drinks from the kitchen to customer tables or designated pick-up points.
- Assist customers with any additional requests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Help maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and restocking supplies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle customer orders for car-side pickup, ensuring correct orders are delivered to the right vehicles.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Nando's service standards.
