Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in the vibrant world of hospitality? Nando’s Deansgate is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team Members. No prior experience is needed – we believe in potential and providing comprehensive training to help you succeed! You’ll be an integral part of our restaurant, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable dining experience, from greeting them with a smile to serving our legendary PERi-PERi chicken. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to Nando's high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues politely and efficiently.
