Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive SUV Driver to join our elite transportation team in Jackson, Wyoming. This pivotal role involves providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services for our distinguished guests and executives. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable driving record, advanced defensive driving skills, and the ability to confidently navigate all weather conditions characteristic of the Wyoming region, from heavy snow to summer storms. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of luxury SUVs, adhering to strict schedules, and ensuring the utmost comfort and privacy of passengers. This is an all-weather professional role, requiring readiness to drive in challenging conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury SUVs for executive and guest transportation, prioritizing safety and comfort.
- Maintain a pristine driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring optimal operating condition and cleanliness.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge, anticipating and avoiding traffic delays.
- Provide courteous, professional, and discreet service to all passengers.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, ensuring punctuality for all appointments.
- Manage luggage and assist passengers with entry and exit from vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding schedules, routes, and any issues.
- Demonstrate proactive readiness to drive in challenging weather conditions, including snow, ice, and heavy rain.
- Ensure vehicle interiors are consistently clean, stocked with amenities, and presentable.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 5 years).
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in executive or luxury transportation.
- Expert knowledge of safe driving practices and defensive driving techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently and safely drive in all weather conditions, including severe winter weather.
- Exceptional navigational skills and familiarity with Jackson, Wyoming, and surrounding areas.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform minor vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
- Must be physically capable of assisting with luggage and getting in and out of vehicles frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced driver training or certification (e.g., defensive driving, evasive driving).
- Experience driving luxury SUVs (e.g., Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz GLS, Lincoln Navigator).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
