Job Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic 14-year-old looking for your first job experience? AMC Theatres in Wesley Chapel, FL, is seeking energetic and friendly Teen Cinema Attendants to join our vibrant team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a fun and dynamic environment, all while enjoying the perks of the movie industry. You’ll be the face of our cinema, ensuring every guest has a magical visit from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, scan tickets, and guide them to their respective auditoriums.
- Prepare and serve delicious popcorn, beverages, and other concession items.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for all sales transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth cinema operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Must be 14 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
