Job Description
Are you a friendly, energetic 14-year-old looking for your first job experience? McDonald’s in West Valley City is excited to welcome you as a Fast Food Host! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team, learn essential customer service skills, and earn tips in a fast-paced and fun environment. As a Host, you will be the first friendly face our customers see, playing a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers upon their arrival and thank them as they leave.
- Assist customers with seating, menu navigation, and general inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Support the front counter and drive-thru teams during peak hours.
- Help ensure a pleasant and efficient flow of customer traffic.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Handle customer feedback and direct concerns to management as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
