Job Description

Shine Factory Mobile Detailing is seeking a dedicated Mobile Detailer specializing in Leather Care to join our Calgary team. In this role, you will travel to various client locations across Calgary to perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services, with a particular focus on expert leather cleaning, conditioning, and restoration. All necessary high-quality equipment, tools, and supplies will be provided, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and results. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations with provided detailing equipment and supplies.
- Perform comprehensive interior detailing, with expert focus on leather care (cleaning, conditioning, protection, minor stain removal).
- Execute exterior detailing services including washing, waxing, tire shining, and trim restoration.
- Assess vehicle condition and recommend appropriate detailing services to clients.
- Maintain and organize all provided equipment and supplies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and communication.
- Manage daily appointments and maintain an organized work schedule.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental standards.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for automotive care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle components and cleaning agents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, particularly with leather care products and techniques.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with various types of leather and appropriate cleaning/conditioning methods.
- Certification in automotive detailing or related fields.
