Job Description
Are you passionate about e-commerce and eager to kickstart your career with a global leader? Lululemon is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Assistant to join our dynamic digital team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the Shopify e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and content refreshing.
- Support the merchandising team in uploading product images, descriptions, and specifications accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor website performance and report on key e-commerce metrics using analytics tools.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks of the website to ensure all elements are functioning correctly and consistently.
- Help manage customer inquiries related to online orders, working closely with customer service to resolve issues.
- Assist with promotional setup and execution, including discount codes and campaign landing pages.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
- Stay updated on Shopify updates, e-commerce trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and online shopping platforms (Shopify experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
