Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Twitter Sentiment Analyst with a strong focus on digital brand monitoring. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting sentiment on Twitter related to our clients’ brands, products, and services. You will identify key trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for brand engagement, providing actionable insights to inform marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Twitter in real-time for mentions of client brands, keywords, and relevant topics.
  • Perform in-depth sentiment analysis on collected data, categorizing mentions as positive, negative, or neutral.
  • Identify and track key themes, influencers, and trending topics impacting brand perception.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing sentiment trends, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand management, and PR teams to provide timely intelligence and support strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously improve sentiment analysis methodologies and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with social media monitoring and analytics platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of sentiment analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for report generation and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and brand management concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) tools or techniques.
  • Previous experience in a market research, digital agency, or brand management role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
