Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and looking for flexible, supplemental income? BestMark is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Secret Shopping Contractors to join our nationwide network. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll have the freedom to choose assignments that fit your schedule, allowing you to earn income while conducting real-world evaluations of businesses in your area. This is a unique opportunity to provide valuable feedback that directly influences companies’ customer service strategies, all while enjoying the flexibility of working on your own terms. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete assigned mystery shopping evaluations according to detailed instructions and client guidelines.
- Visit various businesses (retail stores, restaurants, service providers, etc.) as an ordinary customer.
- Objectively observe and evaluate customer service, product presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Interact with staff in a specified manner to assess employee knowledge, helpfulness, and adherence to company standards.
- Meticulously record observations and details about your experience.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive, accurate, and timely online reports documenting your findings, often including specific purchase details, photos, or audio recordings as required.
- Adhere to strict deadlines for shop completion and report submission.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and assignment details.
