Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with basic needs, including ambulation, transfers, and positioning under the guidance of nursing staff.
- Transport patients between departments for tests, procedures, and discharge using wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
- Change bed linens, deliver fresh towels, and restock supplies as needed.
- Assist with setting up medical equipment and ensuring its availability.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Respond to patient calls and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
