Job Description

You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to various aspects of construction projects in Minneapolis. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople and construction managers with various tasks on the job site.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prepare work areas, including digging trenches, mixing concrete, and setting up scaffolding.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Support the team in achieving project deadlines and quality standards.
- Learn and adapt to new tasks and construction techniques as part of on-the-job training.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license.
