Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespeople and construction managers with various tasks on the job site.
  • Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas.
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Prepare work areas, including digging trenches, mixing concrete, and setting up scaffolding.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
  • Support the team in achieving project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Learn and adapt to new tasks and construction techniques as part of on-the-job training.

  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
