Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to players via various channels, including chat, email, and internal ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve player issues related to game mechanics, account management, technical difficulties, and billing inquiries.
- Escalate complex problems to specialized teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across multiple Activision Blizzard titles and platforms.
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to development and quality assurance teams.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
