Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Remote Instagram Community Manager to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position. You will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our Instagram community, engaging with our followers, and amplifying our brand voice across the platform. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Instagram community engagement strategies to increase followers, interactions, and brand loyalty.
- Actively monitor, respond to, and moderate user comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and report on community trends, user sentiment, potential issues, and actionable insights to the broader marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, social media managers, and marketing teams to align community activities with campaigns and product launches.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and active online community by initiating conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
- Stay up-to-date with Instagram's features, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.
- Support the execution of influencer marketing initiatives and user-generated content campaigns on Instagram.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) managing and growing online communities, with a strong focus on Instagram.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging and friendly tone.
- In-depth understanding of Instagram's platform, features, algorithm, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze social media data and metrics to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle community feedback effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later).
- Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Previous experience in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies beyond social media.
