Job Description
We are actively seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Work from Home (WFH) Teleperformance Inbound Specialists for immediate start. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, providing information and resolving concerns.
- Listen actively to customer needs to identify the root cause of issues and offer appropriate solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly, courteous, and efficient service.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
