Job Description

In this vital role, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of meals and provisions across our hospital site. Key Responsibilities
- Transporting meals and provisions to wards and departments across the hospital
- Collecting used trolleys and catering equipment for cleaning
- Ensuring timely delivery of patient meals according to dietary requirements and schedules
- Adhering strictly to food hygiene and safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness of catering equipment and designated areas
- Assisting with stock rotation and inventory management of catering supplies
- Communicating effectively with ward staff regarding patient meal service
- Operating and cleaning catering equipment, including dishwashers and food trolleys
- Following all health and safety guidelines and trust policies
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
