Key Responsibilities

  • Transporting meals and provisions to wards and departments across the hospital
  • Collecting used trolleys and catering equipment for cleaning

  • Maintaining cleanliness of catering equipment and designated areas
  • Assisting with stock rotation and inventory management of catering supplies
  • Communicating effectively with ward staff regarding patient meal service
  • Operating and cleaning catering equipment, including dishwashers and food trolleys
  • Following all health and safety guidelines and trust policies
