Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Upstream Field Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to embark on a management path within the energy sector. The successful candidate will support field operations, ensuring efficient coordination between various teams, contractors, and stakeholders for upstream projects. This role involves learning the intricacies of field management, safety protocols, logistical planning, and operational oversight under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and project timelines, contributing directly to the success of our energy initiatives. This is an on-site role requiring a strong presence in our field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination of field activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Support senior field coordinators in ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
- Facilitate communication between field crews, project managers, and external contractors.
- Help prepare and maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and identify potential issues.
- Aid in the resolution of operational challenges and logistical hurdles in the field.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational improvements and best practices.
- Support inventory management and equipment readiness for field operations.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to prepare for future management roles.
