Accenture Song is seeking a highly motivated Pinterest Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing, optimizing, and ensuring the smooth execution of Pinterest advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with strategists, creative teams, and media buyers to deliver compelling campaigns that drive performance and achieve client objectives. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of social media advertising platforms, particularly Pinterest, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end trafficking process for Pinterest ad campaigns, including creative asset collection, ad set-up, and launch.
- Ensure all campaign assets adhere to Pinterest advertising guidelines and client brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, identifying and flagging potential issues to media buyers and strategists.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on ad creative, landing pages, and tracking pixels prior to campaign launch.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting.
- Maintain detailed records of campaign specifications, changes, and performance data.
- Assist in the development and optimization of campaign workflows and best practices for Pinterest.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest advertising features, trends, and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (1+ year) in digital ad operations, ad trafficking, or media coordination, with exposure to social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Pinterest Ads Manager and campaign management tools.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, ad serving technologies, and tracking mechanisms.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Pinterest advertising or other relevant social media platforms.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Previous agency experience is a plus.
