Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Weekend Admin Coordinator to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This part-time position is ideal for individuals looking for consistent weekend work with opportunities for career growth within a leading healthcare organization. As a Weekend Admin Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions during peak weekend hours, supporting various departments and contributing to a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and manage digital and physical filing systems.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including copying, scanning, and distributing mail.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and alert management to reorder needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting.

  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
