Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual to join our night shift team as a Trampoline Park Foam Pit Fluffer. This critical role ensures the safety and quality of our foam pits by meticulously fluffing, stacking, and rearranging foam cubes. The position requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during off-peak hours to prepare the park for the next day’s guests. This is a demanding but essential role that directly contributes to the safety and enjoyment of every jumper.
Key Responsibilities
- Systematically remove, clean, and re-stack foam cubes within designated foam pits.
- Thoroughly fluff and aerate foam cubes to maintain optimal softness and safety standards.
- Inspect foam pits for any foreign objects or damaged cubes, reporting issues to management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines for foam pit maintenance.
- Operate cleaning equipment as needed to ensure the cleanliness of the foam pit area.
- Work independently and efficiently during night hours to meet operational deadlines.
- Assist with other general cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliability and punctuality for night shift work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
