Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Bank Cashier in our New Port Richey branch. As a Bank Cashier, you will be the front-line representative for Truist, providing exceptional service to our clients while accurately processing transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer by adhering to established procedures and security protocols.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and provide solutions with a high level of professionalism.
- Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly and efficient service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support branch operations.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
