Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Part-time Scheduling Clerk to join our local UPS hub team for afternoon shifts. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by accurately managing and coordinating employee schedules, maintaining data integrity, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update employee scheduling data into various internal systems.
  • Coordinate and communicate daily and weekly shift assignments for hub personnel.
  • Monitor staffing levels and assist in adjusting schedules to meet operational demands.
  • Maintain precise records of employee attendance, time-off requests, and scheduling changes.
  • Liaise with supervisors and employees regarding scheduling conflicts or changes.
  • Provide administrative support to the hub management team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to scheduling.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
