Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and insightful individuals to join our team as Chatbot Response Evaluators. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality and accuracy of our AI-powered chatbot responses. This position requires keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to help our AI learn and improve. You will review and rate chatbot interactions, ensuring they are helpful, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice. This role involves no phone calls and offers the flexibility of weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rate chatbot generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and grammar.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback on chatbot performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Categorize and tag data according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
- Identify emerging trends and common errors in chatbot interactions.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to refine model performance and understanding.
- Adhere to strict quality standards and project deadlines.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
