Job Description

Lowe’s is looking for a dedicated Garden Play-set Assembler to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient assembly of various garden play-sets for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble garden play-sets and other outdoor recreational equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Verify all parts are present and accounted for before beginning assembly.
- Utilize various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards and are free from defects.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding assembly timelines and completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at customer locations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide a positive customer experience with professionalism and courtesy.
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency with hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bend, stoop, and climb.
- Reliable transportation to various customer sites within the Milwaukee area.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in assembly, construction, or general handyman roles.
- Experience specifically assembling outdoor structures or furniture.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
