Job Description
Are you passionate about pastries and have a keen eye for detail? Magnolia Bakery is seeking an enthusiastic and discreet Bakery Secret Shopper to join our morning roster. This unique part-time role involves visiting our various bakery locations, primarily in the mornings, to evaluate the overall customer experience, product quality, and adherence to brand standards. You will provide invaluable feedback that helps us maintain our reputation for excellence and ensure every customer leaves with a smile and the smell of fresh bread lingering.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to assigned Magnolia Bakery locations during morning hours.
- Purchase various baked goods and beverages, paying attention to freshness, presentation, and taste.
- Evaluate staff friendliness, efficiency, and adherence to service protocols and company values.
- Observe store cleanliness, ambiance, product display, and overall store appearance.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through structured online reports within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding visits, findings, and all company information.
- Adhere to a flexible morning schedule as assigned, typically 2-3 visits per week.
- Engage with staff naturally to assess customer service without revealing your identity.
