Publicis Sapient is looking for a Junior Search Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cedar Rapids. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with no prior experience in search analytics, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in supporting our search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search (SEM) initiatives, learning the ropes of keyword research, performance monitoring, and reporting to help our clients achieve their digital marketing goals. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various search marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush).
- Support the creation of performance reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
- Learn and apply best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and other team members to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and industry changes.
- Provide administrative support for search marketing projects as needed.
Required Skills
