You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store, offering assistance with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
- Demonstrate product application and share beauty tips and techniques with customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising and restocking.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and beauty trends.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting stock counts as needed.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals by actively engaging with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (any industry).
- Basic knowledge of makeup application techniques and skincare routines.
- Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
