Job Description

Join Concentrix as a Junior Account Manager, focusing on building and nurturing strong client relationships. In this role, you will support senior account managers in managing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for customer service and a desire to grow their career in account management within the business process outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account managers in managing a portfolio of assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries and requests, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities and service expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, HR) to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is exceptional.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Concentrix service offerings.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
