Job Description

We are seeking highly detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Postal Service Secret Shoppers. This critical part-time role focuses on evaluating the quality of service, efficiency, and overall customer experience at various postal service locations. With a strong emphasis on accuracy and adherence to government-focused guidelines, you will play a vital role in providing objective data that helps improve public services. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discreet, unannounced visits to assigned postal service locations within your geographic area.
  • Observe and accurately document various aspects of the customer experience, including facility cleanliness, staff professionalism, wait times, service accuracy, and adherence to specific operational standards.
  • Interact with postal service staff as a regular customer, following pre-defined scenarios and protocols.
  • Complete detailed online reports immediately after each visit, ensuring all data points are captured precisely and objectively.
  • Adhere strictly to all project guidelines, confidentiality agreements, and ethical standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers regarding visit schedules and reporting.
  • Maintain flexibility to accommodate varying visit schedules, typically during standard business hours.
