Job Description
Bank of America in Manchester, NH, is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller. As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch, handling various customer transactions and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all branch visitors.
- Assist customers with the use of ATMs and other self-service banking options.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer experience.
