Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pinterest Campaign Coordinator to join our marketing team in Pasco, Washington. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Pinterest presence, driving brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to REI.com. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Pinterest campaigns, from strategy and content creation to execution, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, and a passion for outdoor recreation. This is an immediate hire position with a competitive sign-on bonus for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive Pinterest marketing campaigns, including organic and paid strategies, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, trend analysis, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities on Pinterest.
  • Create compelling visual content (pins, videos, stories) and compelling copy optimized for Pinterest engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on Pinterest campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage Pinterest budget, ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, product, merchandising) to ensure consistent brand messaging and asset utilization across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with Pinterest best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proactively identify and test new Pinterest features and ad formats to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Pinterest for business.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful Pinterest campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Strong understanding of Pinterest analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and content creation skills, with an eye for design and brand aesthetics.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pinterest Analytics).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with other social media platforms and broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
