Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, and customer-focused Chauffeur to join our esteemed team. As a Professional Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and luxurious transportation services to our diverse clientele, including corporate executives, VIPs, and private individuals. This role requires exceptional driving skills, impeccable professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding passenger experience. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following scheduled itineraries.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain strict punctuality and efficient time management for all assignments.
- Handle client inquiries and special requests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of clients and their travel details.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Stay updated on local traffic patterns, road conditions, and alternative routes.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher, as required)
- Clean driving record with no major infractions
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience (chauffeur, livery, or similar)
- Excellent knowledge of Simi Valley, Ventura County, and surrounding Southern California areas
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles (sedans, SUVs, limousines)
- Knowledge of multiple languages
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous experience with corporate or VIP client transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
