Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical EA Sports Data Handler to join our financial sector team. This unique remote position focuses on the meticulous collection, analysis, and integration of data, often drawing parallels and insights from complex, dynamic systems, including those found in high-volume, real-time environments like EA Sports games. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, supporting strategic financial models, and providing actionable insights for decision-making. While the core focus is financial data, an aptitude for understanding and processing intricate, fast-changing datasets, akin to those in gaming simulations, will be highly beneficial. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external financial sources.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks or opportunities.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with financial analysts, developers, and other teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to enhance data processing capabilities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting processes.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
