Job Description

This program is designed to develop the next generation of product leaders, providing you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and comprehensive training across various product teams. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to life, focusing on understanding customer needs and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
- Contribute to the development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap under the guidance of senior product managers.
- Translate user stories and business requirements into detailed product specifications and use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Participate in product launch activities, including developing messaging, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather insights to drive future product iterations.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate product updates.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (graduated in 2023 or graduating in 2024).
- Demonstrated passion for technology and product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in product management, software development, or related technology roles.
- Experience with data analysis tools or methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience leading projects or initiatives in academic or extracurricular settings.
- Demonstrated understanding of software development processes and technical architecture.
