Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Natural Language Annotator Junior to join our remote team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about language and data, eager to contribute to the development of next-generation AI technologies. As an NLA Junior, you will be responsible for meticulously annotating and labeling text data to train machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and consistency. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere within the specified region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately read, interpret, and annotate various forms of text data according to specific guidelines.
  • Apply linguistic knowledge to identify entities, sentiments, and relationships within text.
  • Maintain high levels of quality and consistency in all annotation tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and project managers regarding task clarifications and feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn new annotation tools and guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions precisely.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for remote work.
  • Ability to maintain focus for extended periods on repetitive tasks.
