Job Description

As an Apple Hardware Systems Aide – Technical Design support, you will play a crucial role in our engineering teams, providing essential technical assistance for the design, development, and integration of hardware systems, with a particular focus on Apple-based technologies. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about hardware and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will support senior engineers and designers by preparing technical documentation, assisting with system testing, and managing component inventories, contributing directly to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, schematics, and system specifications using CAD software.
  • Support the assembly and testing of hardware prototypes, including Apple-centric systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware components, tools, and test equipment.
  • Conduct basic diagnostic tests and troubleshoot minor hardware issues under supervision.
  • Document test results, design changes, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure clear communication and support project timelines.
  • Research and procure necessary components and tools as directed.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with Apple hardware ecosystem and operating systems (macOS, iOS).
  • Basic understanding of electronics and hardware components.
  • Proficiency with technical documentation and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
