Job Description

In this exciting remote role, you will have the unique opportunity to preview upcoming films, series, and features before their official release. Your critical eye and detailed feedback will directly contribute to enhancing the quality and user experience of our world-class streaming platform. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in scheduled beta testing sessions for unreleased Netflix content.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and objective feedback on content quality, user interface, functionality, and overall viewing experience.
- Identify and document any bugs, glitches, or inconsistencies encountered during testing.
- Complete surveys and reports within specified deadlines.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the product and content teams by providing clear and concise written feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all unreleased content and internal discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues.
- Excellent written communication skills for providing clear and concise feedback.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to stream high-definition content.
- Proficiency with common streaming devices (Smart TV, computer, mobile device, etc.).
- A genuine passion for movies, TV series, and the entertainment industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in beta testing, quality assurance, or user experience roles.
- Familiarity with various streaming platforms and their functionalities.
- A keen understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and sound design.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
