Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals for an Entry Level AI Model Evaluator position. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development and refinement of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence models. As an AI Model Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in assessing, testing, and providing critical feedback on the performance of various AI systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and safety. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA, and requires a strong commitment to quality and ethical AI development. No prior experience in AI is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality against defined guidelines.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement in AI model performance.
- Categorize and annotate data to train and fine-tune machine learning algorithms.
- Identify and report potential biases, inconsistencies, or errors within AI model responses.
- Collaborate with a remote team to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on AI best practices and new evaluation criteria.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information and project details.
