Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for immediate hire and consistent weekly pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products through our distribution center. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver smiles to customers every day, handling a variety of tasks including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Safely and efficiently move products to designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.
- Pick customer orders accurately and prepare them for shipment, ensuring quality and proper packaging.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
- Operate scanners and follow directions through a headset to fulfill orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Capability to work in an environment with varying temperatures, loud noise, and fast-paced operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems or handheld scanners.
