Job Description
Join the Electronic Arts team as an EA Sports Content Reviewer and play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and safe online gaming environment. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content across various EA Sports titles, ensuring compliance with our community guidelines, and upholding our commitment to player safety. Your keen eye for detail and strong ethical judgment will directly contribute to protecting our vibrant community from harmful or inappropriate content. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about gaming, community well-being, and digital safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content (text, images, videos) across EA Sports platforms for adherence to established community guidelines and terms of service.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates policies, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, graphic violence, and inappropriate material.
- Utilize content moderation tools and systems efficiently and accurately.
- Escalate complex or ambiguous content moderation cases to senior reviewers or specialized teams when necessary.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content review processes and guidelines by providing feedback and insights.
- Stay informed about current trends in online content, community behavior, and moderation best practices.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to make sound judgments objectively and consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with EA Sports titles (e.g., FIFA, Madden NFL, NHL) and online gaming communities.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to online safety.
- Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn new moderation tools quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or community management.
- Understanding of internet culture, online trends, and digital communication.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Psychology, Sociology).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
