Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Limo Rental Host to join our team in Tucson. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Luxz Limousines, responsible for ensuring every client interaction is exceptional from the moment they inquire until their journey concludes. You will manage bookings, coordinate with our professional chauffeurs, prepare client itineraries, and handle any special requests to guarantee a seamless and luxurious experience. This role requires a proactive individual with outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering five-star service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, bookings, and reservations for limousine and luxury car services.
- Provide detailed information about our fleet, services, and pricing options to potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate closely with chauffeurs and dispatch to ensure timely arrivals, departures, and adherence to client itineraries.
- Prepare personalized welcome packets and communicate all necessary details to clients prior to their service.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and proactively anticipate needs to enhance the overall experience.
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Ensure all vehicles are prepared according to client specifications, including special amenities or requests.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming reception area, reflecting the luxury brand image of Luxz Limousines.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and administrative tasks as needed to support operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, booking software).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
