Job Description

Concentrix is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Branding Assistant with a focus on Digital Identity. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Canada. If you are passionate about building strong brand presences in the digital space and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! As a Branding Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our clients’ digital identity strategies. You will work closely with our branding and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and contribute to projects that enhance our clients’ online presence and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research and analysis of digital identity trends and competitor strategies.
  • Support the creation and refinement of brand guidelines for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets (websites, social media, email campaigns).
  • Monitor and report on brand sentiment and digital reputation across various online channels.
  • Help manage digital asset libraries, ensuring all brand elements are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to the branding and marketing teams as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, analytics platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of branding principles and digital identity concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or branding assistant role.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
